These toys are being sent directly from the manufacturer, so it isnt easy to return them, therefore please purchase a sample toy first, if you are not sure.

Also, although it is very rare for the manufacturer to be out of stock, it does happen, so placing an order does not guarantee availability. You can phone prior to ordering and I will phone the manufacturer. 

Delivery is quick, if ordered early on a working day, the toys will normally arrive by the next working day (mainland uk).
